Due to the decision that Cowboy Gala 2005 would be the last fundraiser held to benefit ACSO, the ACSO Board of Directors met in November 2005 to hear the advice of the person in charge of their investment portfolio. His expert guidance has and will continue to enable them to make appropriate decisions throughout the years to come, ensuring the continued support ACSO affords to young people of the Arizona ranching community.

Each March the ACSO Board of Directors meets to review applications and decide on the applicants approved to receive scholarship awards for the upcoming fall semester within that year and the spring semester of the next year.

The ACSO Scholarship Eligibility Requirements, Scholarship Application Procedures and the ACSO Scholarship Application forms are all very specific. Potential applicants are urged to read them in their entirety to determine if they qualify for an ACSO Scholarship. After reading, should a question remain, do not mail, email, fax or call to ask, as no one person can make a determination. Instead, submit the application in its entirety as instructed, and a decision will be made by the ACSO Board of Directors as a whole, at the time of the annual review of applications.

The next ACSO Board of Directors meeting to be held for the purpose of reviewing scholarship applications is scheduled for March 8, 2013. Letters notifying applicants of the results are expected to be mailed by March 22, 2013.
